SIGLENT SDM4065A / SDM4065A-SC are 6½-digit, 2,200,000-count dual-display digital multimeters for high-accuracy R&D, burn-in and production measurement. The series supports up to 50k readings/s, 0.0035% one-year DC voltage accuracy, four display modes, USB/LAN remote control and an SC variant with integrated scanner-card capability.
